As a passionate Functional Nutritionist, also a certified GAPS Practitioner and Health Coach, I employ my knowledge, skills and experience, as well as my extensive toolkit of practical tips and resources to provide you with ongoing individualised support and guidance as you set goals and make sustainable changes to improve your own health, well-being and happiness.

People often think that nutrition is all about the diet. . . ketogenic, paleo, raw foods etc. But I believe that nutrition is about where food meets physiology. . . we are what we eat, or more accurately, we are what our body can do with what we eat, which relates to how well we digest and absorb our food. This is why I always take a focus on gut health which is at the root or core of this relationship. I believe that nutrition is a bio-individual pursuit, that is, what is nutritious for one person may well be harmful for another. This is why I take care to provide both dietary and lifestyle recommendations that are personalised to the particular needs of my clients.

What it looks like to work with me . . .

Your Initial consultation (1.5h) $130 AUD

Before I begin to work with you as your ‘guide on the side’ to support you to achieve your health & wellness goals over a program or number of sessions, I will first put my investigative hat on and listen carefully to you as I take your ‘health history’ or timeline and we delve into what’s really going on for you at the physical, physiological and emotional level. This all takes place in your Initial consultation when we meet in person or by audio or video call. NOTE: The information gathered in this session will inform my individualised dietary and lifestyle recommendations for you moving forward.

Beyond your Initial consultation you have the option of continuing to see me for casual sessions or to invest in a 3, 6 or 12 session program at a discounted rate. Your personalised program will be designed to radically improve your health and happiness. Together, we will explore concerns specific to you and your body and discover the tools you need for a lifetime of balance.
